1. Why was my ad declined?
Your ad may have been declined for one of the following reasons: Sage-Ads does not accept ads related to illegal activity, ads that advocate violence, ads that involve Warez, hacking or pirated software. Adult related ads, or sites that contain any adult content need to be categorized only in the adult categorized zones. Sage-Ads retains the right to reject advertisements at its discretion, without prior notice.

2. Where is my ad appearing?
Your ad is showing throughout the target zone that you selected when setting up your campaign. We will be releasing a list of advertisers page soon. This page will break down all advertisers and display them by the zones they are advertising. We are also looking into an option for publishers to block specific advertisers from showing their ads.

3. What does it cost to post my ad?
There are multiple options available for posting your ads. Pricing varies depending on the target zone and ad format you select. All are based on CPM (cost per thousand), and prices start as low as $0.50 CPM. You can see the cost when you create an ad and select a zone, or look at your current ads to see the cost for each.

4. Do you accept other forms of payment?
Currently all payments must be made via Paypal. We accept all payment forms through paypal though, including credit cards, echecks and Paypal cash balance.

5. Can I modify the templates?
These templates may not be modified. If you are an advertiser and would like your ad to have a specific look and feel, then you should consider a banner ad zone vs a text zone ad. If you are a publisher, there is currently no way to create custom ad displays... But we are looking into this for possible future implementation.

6. Can I choose multiple zones for my ads?
If you are an advertiser and would like a specific ad to show on multiple zones, you must submit that ad to each zone. This may seem like a hassle, but it will enable you to track which zones are providing the best results for these ads, thus maximizing your ROI.

7. Can I modify my campaign once it is running?
You may revise the campaign multiple times throughout the life of the campaign. Targets and impression levels may not be modified for a running campaign.

8. Can I set limits on each of my ads
Once you create an ad campaign it will first need to be approved before becoming active (usually 24-48 hrs). During this time or even after the campaign has started, you can designate many limits for each campaign. Including what days to display, what hours of the day to display, start and end date for the ad to run, and maximum number of impressions. If you have an ad that is displaying more than your budget allows, you can always modify the days and hours you want the ad to display, so it reduces the cost for that ad.

9. Can I use multiple ads in the same zone?

12. How long does it take for my ad to begin running?
Your approved ad should begin running within 48 business hours of submission, providing your account is funded. In the event your account funding runs out, all your ads will automatically stop displaying until your account is funded again. We do not automatically withdraw funds to keep your ads active, this would be your responsibility.

13. How do I read my report?
There are a number of definitions that you should be familiar with to help you understand your campaig report.

Units - This is the number of used views vs the number of views available. So 150/1000 would mean 150 views out of 1000 available. If the available number is 0, then this means there are no limitations on views. We do not designate the number of views for each ad, this is something that the advertiser designates for each ad.
Views - This is the number time that your ad was viewed/displayed.
Clicks - This is the number of times that your ad was clicked on, driving traffic to your site
Orders - This is number of conversion/sales. You would place the conversion code into your sales page, or other pages that you want to track conversions.
CTR% - This is your Click Through Ratio. Your click divided by your views.
ROI% - This is used to calculate your Return on Investment if you are using the Conversion code.
Spend - This is the amount of money you have spent on a specific campaign.
Rate - This is the cost per thousand (CPM)that the targeting zone costs.
Status - If your ad is Active, then your status with say Active Pause. If your ad is not active your status will say Paused Resume. If your ad has yet to be approved by sage-Ads, it will say pending.
